Return and Refund Policy

At Minilaugh, we take pride in delivering quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
* The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
* You received a different product than what was ordered.
* The product is unused, in original condition, and has all tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Window – 3 Days
Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery of the consignment. To initiate a return, please provide the following details or simply select your order from the order list on our website www.minilaugh.com :

* Order ID
* Product details
* Reason for return
* Images of the product and packaging (in case of damage or incorrect delivery)

3. Return Process & Charges
Once your request is approved, we will schedule a return pickup where service is available.

* The product must be securely packed in its original packaging.
* Return courier charges will be applicable and deducted from the final store credit/voucher value.
* After the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of the refund.

4. Refund Format –  If approved, the refund will be credited in original payment method within 30days time.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for:
* Size-related issues (subject to stock availability)
* Damaged or defective items
* Exchange product that will be delivered within 5-7 days. 

6. Order Cancellation

* Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
* Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may request a return after receiving the product.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:
* Innerwear or personal-use items
* Clearance or sale items
* Customized products
